I’d never played an Uncharted like game before…hold on. The Tomb Raider reboot was basically all that !..let’s start again. Not being a PS4 owner I had never played any of the Uncharted series, but had heard that they were, ostensibly, a rip off of everyone’s favourite pneumatic breasted explorer, Lara Croft.  They do saw that imitation is the greatest form of flattery.. so, I wistfully congratulated tall PS4 owners for their Tomb Raider clone, secure in the knowledge that the original is always the best, and far superior.

By the time I pulled the trigger and decided to invest in a PS4 I was intrigued by the Naughty Dog company, mostly because of everything I’d heard about “The Last of Us” and saw that there was an adventure called the Lost Legacy featuring some Uncharted characters. This was several years after It had been released and so I got it for a cheap price.

Playing the game, I slowly realised that the Tomb raider reboot owed a lot to Unchartered for the more realistic adventure style and even down to some of the animations. It was scary ..

The Lost Legacy is a superior game… In plot, character development and play style… it has some of the best set pieces I have ever seen in a video game … and would surely put Ang Lee and Michael Bay to shame.. I won’t give away the plot, but I have to say, the second half, in particular, felt like I was watching a big budget Hollywood film. Vey well done, Naughty Dog…vey well done!
